Exactly as I remember growing up! I don’t think they’ve changed their tartar sauce recipe in 30 years. Truly 5-star customer service! Kylie deserves a raise for her ability to handle rude/unruly customers.
I messed up my own order when I ordered. And when I made the realization after they had already made my food I asked for a substitution and they without a hesitation jumped on to fixing my order and got me exactly what I wanted. Great service great place
The drive thru was quick, friendly, and answered all our questions. Food was hot, fresh, and of great value. This is our #1 choice for fast food burgers and fries and chicken if you feel like chicken today!
Mushroom bacon and Swiss was great. Fries were hot and tasty Mud pie shake is always a perfect dessert.
Zips has always been a favorite as a Spokane native! This was quiet store, it was early, but the food was still great and customer service was good too!
I been coming here since I was a kid. Still by far my favorite zips just because of that. The shake cups got kind of smaller and Safeway no longer has bogo zips coupons on the back of their receipts. Which I was very fond of and used quite frequently. Other then that this place rocks. The ladies at the window are always super nice and polite. **My tub of Tots on my last order was quite shy in quantity. I will not knock you any stars for it but please do better. If I order a tub I don't want a large worth or tots. I want a tubs worth of tots.
Gave us a full bucket overflowing into the bag French fries for free. Not sure what we did to deserve it but we had a van full of thankful kids.
I love Zips and Especially, this location! The guy who owns/ manages it is super nice and has a great memory. I kinda get the same thing cause it's always so Good! I really enjoy my time here. I think I'll be going here a long time
